• Actual Award earned and rewarded is at the sole discretion of Stampede. Models may vary.
• Product may be be factory recer tified.
• Account must be in good credit standing and current.
• Award levels can not be combined.
• Special prices are excluded as eligible lamp purchases.
• Any lamps claimed as par t of this promotion can not be returned unless replaced under warranty.
  
• Maximum number of lamps eligible for promo redemption per reseller is 100.
  
• Claim form is available at http://www.stampedeglobal.com/lamppromo/ All Christmas Club Earnings must be claimed using the form.
• Claims can be made as early as December 15th. Stampede will make every effor t to
  process the claim and ship your award prior to Christmas. However, there is no guarantee. All claims must be submitted by close of business on 12/31/09 .
• Customer is responsible for shipping and fulfillment costs on Award .
• Offer good on qualifying purchases of front projector and RPTV lamps made during promo period. Products purchased before or after these dates are not eligible for this offer. Purchase date is determined by invoice date.
• Stampede reserves the right to modify or cancel marketing programs upon notice to resellers.
• Only purchases made by an end-user customer or a commercial business from an
  authorized Stampede reseller in the United States, Canada and their territories are valid.
• Dealers must have an account in good standing with Stampede in order to par ticipate.
